Business Storyboard
Through clear roles, people do the work that executes strategies, designed to achieve specific goals that meet the company’s objectives to realize a business vision and fulfill its mission or greater purpose. The Business Storyboard workshop helps teams visualize this process and create a business storyboard, an organizing tool that connects their roles to their daily work and, ultimately, to the business’s strategies, goals, objectives, vision, and mission.
Enneagram
The Enneagram workshop is a one-day workshop in which we facilitate the Enneagram personality assessment. This tool is believed to have been developed centuries ago, providing insight into a person’s patterns of behaviors subconsciously driven by a desire to be seen as whole and acceptable to others. This matters because humans are relational by nature – we all want to be known, accepted, and in community. Employees wholly aware of their personal behavior patterns are positioned to leverage their natural drive for the success of the company. In this workshop, participants will complete the Enneagram assessment, and everyone will be debriefed on the nine different types and how they work together for the advancement of the company.
I-Skills (Working Together)
Working Together is a collaborative communication skills training program that helps your team optimize a collaborative mind-set and skill-set for personal, professional, and organizational development. The team will be able to apply the Working Together concepts, skills, and processes to enable better decision-making and conflict resolution – transforming breakdowns into breakthroughs. Also, by building solid agreements and supporting others’ growth.
Life Storyboard
Similar to the Business Storyboard, the Life Storyboard is a workshop that helps individuals create an organizing document that supports the understanding of their personal mission and vision for their lives. It then ties their daily work, priorities, and focus on a personal level to the achievement of their greater purpose.
MCode
The MCode assessment uncovers an individual’s core motivations and reveals how those motivations shape the person. Individual drives differ among people, and when your team understands what drives them, they’re able to harness their passion in a way that transforms their professional – and personal – life!
Myers Briggs
Myers-Briggs is a personality typology that defines 16 different personality types. This typology can help teams better understand how they work together and the different preferred communication styles and work styles for each personality type.
Role Clarity
Every business is in a constant state of change as it adapts to growth, competitive forces, disruptive technologies, new talent, and the development of new ways of working to deliver and support its products and services. This process often requires people to shift and evolve their daily job activities and responsibilities. The Roles Clarity process is collaborative and helps business create a high level of understanding and clarity of job responsibilities and the interactions that jobs have with one another. The Roles Clarity workshop is a multi-step process that brings team alignment, understanding, and ultimately paves the way for better accountability and job satisfaction.
Strategic Planning
Strategic Planning helps organizations develop a proactive, forward-focused plan and vision for the coming year and beyond. With a unified leadership team, implementation, and prioritization for the coming year can be clarified, providing effective communication and increased productivity for your team.
Workshop objectives include: Discussion of the current and future business landscape, including threats and opportunities, clear and aligned leadership team around the organizations mission, vision and values, a defined business execution strategy for the following year, along with a prioritized strategic execution plan and annual financial plan. We guide the team through the unknown, support and develop learning through trial and error, and disrupt thinking from day-to-day to focusing on the future.
The Company Challenge
Have you ever wanted your team to understand the business landscape you are operating in, the process that the sales team experiences or gain a better picture of your competitors? The Company Challenge workshop creates a competitive environment for your team to develop and pitch your company’s services to a panel of judges. This process can cover your current portfolio of offerings or even challenge your team to think proactively about new services or needs that would best support your customers. Encouragement is provided to the teams with coaching along the way to help answer questions or spur new thinking. This workshop creates a teamwork environment, helps cross-functional teams better align to business strategies and supports the development of a business mindset. Educational training on the Challenger Sale process and Gap-Analysis can also be provided to help focus your team’s efforts.
Unfolding
Uncertainty is an ever-present force in our life. At some point, we must trust something or someone to help us navigate uncertainty. Based on the book The Unfolding by Price Pritchette, The Unfolding Workshop helps teams live strong, be effective, and know happiness even during uncertain times. This workshop helps teams reframe their thinking and provides tools to look and think about the same circumstances in a different way and overcome obstacles.
Values in Action
An organization with solid, well-defined values creates an environment where people understand what they are accountable to and how to fulfill those expectations. Values in Action takes the organization’s core values and further defines how they are demonstrated so team members know and understand when and how to live out their organization’s values.
How It Works
All workshops are remote, utilizing Zoom for breakout sessions and live engagement. In-person facilitation is available if the company desires.
